Pretty sure a Garmin strap (such as the HRM Pro Plus) gets you the most metrics with a Garmin watch vs. going with another strap. You get vertical ratio, vertical oscillation and left/right ground contact balance. Not sure if you care about those but I like having the extra data. 3. mashuto.
So I bought my HRM Pro in January, have used it for about 1 month when I noticed it didn't connect to my devices on Thursday. Tried doing everything to connect it and in the end I tried to delete it from my devices and reconnect it again. Didn't work. Opened it up and changed the battery, and measured the old one which was drained.
I've just got a Tacx Flowsmart trainer so have started to use the Tacx Desktop App on my windows 10 laptop. The app connects quickly to the trainer with no problems. However, the app cannot see my Garmin Heart Rate Monitor which connects via Ant +. The app shows that Ant+ is available, I've checked HRM is working fine by testing against my Edge

Garmin HRM pro heart rate problems. So basically, in the linkup screen I can pair my hart rate strap no problem, it shows my heart rate clearly and accurately. A few seconds after closing the menu and returning to the ride, the heart rate dissapears. In the linkup screen I can reconnect but the same thing happens.

After that to ALL of mine straps owned, two Hrm Run and now a Hrm Pro, has happened the same thing, I'm sure of that: after changing factory battery the strap drains all brand new battery that you put in in a few hours or days or little more but there's nothing to do, it's like they were short circuited on the strap, when you wear the first time all seems working then the battery get discharged.
I don't know if that is the number. I had to contact the support via mail because in the RMA I received after phone contact they wrote HRM premium strap without sensor. Well, I need a new HRM Run. They wrote in the description that mine doesn't work anymore but selected a wrong product number.

Hi everyone, Title is wrong đ just stopped working. Did a Wattbike workout this morning with HRM working fine, connecting to both Wattbike and Fenix 7X. Came to my evening workout and it just wouldnât connect. Tried restarting watch, forgetting the HRM on the watch and trying to search again. Now the watch canât find the HRM anymore.
